Darace Smith (above)
Hello everyone, my name is Darace.
I grew up in the garden and worked on the farm. That experience with my family has taught me many valuable skills that have accelerated my career in the cannabis and hemp industry.
I am a grower of all plants, a certified medical assistant, welder, and automotive & diesel mechanic. I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog. I’ve been a collector and driver of Corvettes for years now.
I am a lifelong grower of cannabis. I have been growing marijuana in Colorado all my life. In 2017, I started growing hemp. In 2018, I produced my first 1 million clones during a season. I have been featured in High Times magazine (get article links) several times and started growing for Tommy Chong in 2012.
As a ‘Master Grower’, I have helped numerous cannabis and hemp companies reduce their cost of raw materials, improve their quality, improve production and overall throughput. I have trained and managed multiple teams, including leading the propagation and vegetation rooms.
I recently began my journey into mycology and since it’s legal to grow mushrooms where I live, I’ve been able to improve my skills and knowledge.

Brian Ireland (above)
My experience designing websites began in 2017.
I created a website, YouTube channel, and Social Media accounts for my brand called “The Cajun Traveler”.
Although my adventure and traveling website is currently under construction (aka rebuilding it), you can view The Cajun Traveler on Facebook or YouTube.
The website had details on festivals, fun date ideas, breweries/distilleries/wineries, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, tubing, horseback riding, top places to eat, historical attractions, and other fun adventures throughout the state.
I created and ran all accounts for over 2 years before we experienced a big family hardship.
Our daughter became a St Jude patient.
For anyone who doesn’t fully understand what that is about, expect lots of hospital stays, lots of missed work, lots of doctor follow-ups, lots of blood work, lots of traveling back and forth, lots of missed family functions, and lots of stress. During that time, I was unable to dedicate the time and resources necessary to keep the website up to my standards, thus I shut it down.
After a couple years of not designing and maintaining a website, that passion never went away and during the 2020 COVID-19 crisis, I decided it’s time to start following my passion. I jumped in feet first. I am currently the creator and manager for 3 websites (including this one) but have plans to continue to grow.
